IT Support Technician
Our client located in the Conshohocken, PA area is looking for an IT support analyst for a permanent position by way of contract to hire.

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming support requests and phone calls related to computer systems, software and hardware Install/modify/repair software Deskside support for internal teams All issues come through ticketing system or calls (400-500 on avg/week) 4 other Help Desk Techs in office, and 6 System Support Techs Required Skills:

years of helpdesk support experience Strong working knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 Strong knowledge of MS Office and Office 365 Basic understanding of active directory Comfortable being on the phone Good customer service Find Us on Facebook!
