Project Manager
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Integral in developing the product level financial plan that optimizes sales; forecasting, re-evaluating and revising forecasts as necessary.
Integral in developing inventory flow plan that supports appropriate newness and replenishment receipts to achieve sales, inventory and margin targets.
Guide and Direct Team regarding the management of the assortment or pre-season planning recommendations including:
assortment gaps, product lifecycle, product mix specific to the ECOM customer.
Establish benchmarks for productivity as well as developing pre-season contingent risk management scenarios and making in-season recommendations on pricing, sales driving promotions, and inventory flow remediation.
Direct the planning and analysis of KPI's.
Develop and manage the use of real time analytics to drive key business decisions.
Oversee the operations required to successfully manage Drop Shipments including vendor rules (i.
e.
, return policy, fulfillment rate).
Responsible for providing direction to the teams regarding key business metrics and targets as part of the business planning and reforecast process.
Develop cost benefit analysis on assortment expansion, changes in pricing or promotional strategies, extra services, special programs, company-wide expansions of inventory.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
