Your daily responsibilities include
The Marketing Specialist for the iGaming Team is a part of a dynamic and growing marketing team that plans, executes and coordinates customer retention marketing for desktop
mobile apps in support of our online social gaming products. Primary responsibilities of this position are executing a highly-segmented email marketing calendar and supporting the CRM Assistant Manager with analysis regarding success of the email program.
This role is involved with the success of each marketing campaign ranging from developing and entering creative assets, updating websites via a content management tool, maintaining a marketing content calendar for email and web content, pulling data and reports, fulfilling promotions, answering customer support questions, monitoring and posting on Facebook, general marketing execution and serving as liaison between product and marketing teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Creates and updates marketing campaign calendar encompassing email, social, push and website campaigns.
Develops and writes copy for social and email marketing campaigns. Generates new ideas for campaigns and makes recommendations to Director for improvement and implementation.
Executes all customer facing marketing for email, social, and push channels.
Responsible for refreshing and developing creatives monthly according to past learning and upcoming promotions.
Responsible for updating promotions and on line game pages. Develops and updates campaign landing pages as needed.
Responsible for promotion planning, analysis and fulfillment of daily revenue generating campaigns.
Responsible for monthly customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Creates surveys and events based on feedback of feedback of customers. Creates solutions appropriately from negative feedback.
Coordinates with vendors and organizes on line marketing content.
Serves as the team resource on the CRM reporting tool. Creates promo codes, reports and fulfillments as needed.
Responsible for updating appropriate websites using a content management tool.
Creates reports and analyzes marketing and promotions data. Makes recommendations to Director for improvement based on analysis findings.
Monitors and answers customer questions posted to Facebook by creating tailored responses to each question.
Creates canned response content for Facebook. Maintains an updated repository of customer issues and responses. Reports issues for escalation to supervisor or product teams as needed.
Provides general project coordination and marketing support as required for events, sweepstakes and offers.
Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field; one to three years' experience in the marketing field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with email marketing tools, a/b testing, email best practices and some experience with copy writing is required.
Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Project, and Outlook). Must have strong knowledge of Excel and Internet browsers.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills preferred.
Must have strong analytical skills.
Must be detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage them through to completion.
Must be able to meet deadlines, work under the pressure of short time constraints, and comfortable in a fast paced, evolving, deadline driven environment.
Must have excellent organization skills.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
