Our client, a growing technology firm in Conshohocken, is seeking a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for HRIS, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and training. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of related experience, and possesses a bachelor's degree and PHR certification.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Ensure that the right systems and processes are put in place
Partner with the global HR team to ensure that a framework for career development exists for staff
Determine staffing needs and gain budgetary approvals
Design and deliver effective recruitment and selection processes that identify and attract the best candidates, ensuring that all background reference checking is carried out fully
Create a variety of methods to be able to source candidates in a cost effective way without compromising quality and speed of delivery
Ensure effective onboarding is planned and delivered for all new starters, making sure training and QMS deadlines are met
Coach Managers to make certain that they have the knowledge and confidence to deal with difficult situations appropriately
Partner with the global HR team to ensure that effective reward policies and practices are in place and these translate into current pay data and salary practices
Assist with annual performance review and subsequent bonus and/or merit based salary increases
Work with third parties to select the best benefit programs at the most competitive price keeping the key stakeholders engaged in this process
Manage the performance management program for the identified customer group
Review and update HR policies to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Provide support to Quality Management team during audits
Communicate payroll changes to Finance on a semi-monthly basis
Provide requested reports and data to management as needed
Provide the global HR team the guidance they need to be able to design, build and maintain an effective HRIS system
Provide a reporting framework that provides timely data

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required, PHR certificate is a plus
5-7 years of related experience
Understanding of labor laws and how to effectively apply these in an organization
Previous experience of working in service organization which is has been through significant growth
Demonstrable prioritization skills
Good understanding of how to motivate people
Good common sense and can apply solutions that are fit for purpose
Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication, decision making, and interpersonal skills
Solid Microsoft Office experience especially related to Word, Excel, and Outlook
Professional attitude and be able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
Team oriented person with a can do attitudeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
