Oracle HRMS Consultant

Minimum 6 years of Implementation and Support experience in Oracle Human Resource modules
R12 Experience is mandatory with minimum 3-4 Implementations and Support experience on the below Human Resources modules
Must have worked on minimum 5-6 of these modules Core HR, Payroll, Advanced Benefits, Time & Labor, Compensation Workbench, Performance Management, Self Service HR (ESS & MSS) & Oracle Taleo.
Knowledge on iRecruitment and Oracle Fusion Compensation would be an added advantage.
Must have prior experience on HRMS processes flows and gap analysis, provide solution design, perform POCs and demo for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions.
Must have worked on providing HRMS issues resolution and integrating Oracle HRMS modules with 3rd party systems
Good knowledge on HRMS data flow and HR standard interfaces based on earlier work on Implementation and Support project is expected
Very good understanding of Support life cycle and must have worked as a lead consultants for the modules listed.
Good functional experience who can independently solution business requirements and recommend industry best practices.
Should be able to lead cross functional discussions to analyze the requirements and brainstorm the solutions.
Must have experience in creating all the project deliverables like BR100, CF250s.
Good technical knowledge will be a plus and a fair understanding of technical architecture is a must.
Must have a very good oral and written communication skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
