Customer Service Representative-carePAC

The carePAC Customer Service Representative is responsible for calling carePAC patients directly to ensure these patients received their carePAC order in addition to answering patients questions regarding using and/or re-ordering carePAC products from Extremity Care.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service by responding and handling all calls and emails regarding customer carePAC orders.
Record customer feedback regarding carePAC products and their experience using these products.
Maintain a live record of all carePAC accounts and their customers.
Reach out to carePAC customers to determine if they need to refill their order.
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with current and potential customers, partners, and vendors.
Provide status and tracking data to leadership & customers as requested.
Answer the phone and transfer the call to the appropriate party.
Assist in the packaging of carePAC products as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to maintain polite & helpful attitude when dealing with high stress customer situations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Ability to learn new or updated software Ability to work independently & in a team environment as needed Ability to work within order management guidelines provided Strong attention to detail Basic knowledge of office equipment Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment Education &
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with office phones preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
