Our client is currently seeking a Planning and Scheduling Professional for a 12 month
contract.
Candidate must have experience with using Primavera P6 in an Engineering and Construction environment Bachelor's degree required.
Some limited travel to construction site could be required (less than 10%)
Qualifications:
o 10
years of Planning / Scheduling experience on Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Management and validation EPCMV life-cycle projects in the Life Sciences, Bio-Pharma industry preferred o Experience Working inside the Primavera (P6) scheduling tool and Schedule Analysis/Acumen Fuse.
o BIM 4D knowledge preferred o Ability to develop schedule analysis presentations both graphically, written, and verbally.
o Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) a plus o Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
Responsibilities:
o 10
years of Planning / Scheduling experience on Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Management and validation EPCMV life-cycle projects in the Life Sciences, Bio-Pharma industry preferred o A thorough understanding of building construction, timelines, and practices o Experience Working inside the Primavera (P6) scheduling tool and Schedule Analysis/Acumen Fuse.
Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) a plus o BIM 4D knowledge preferred o Facilitates multi-company interactive planning sessions o Creates, updates and analyzes CPM schedules and recommends work-arounds and schedule improvement ideas o Communicates schedule status on a regular basis via formal and informal meetings and reports o Interacts with engineering and construction personnel to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact the schedule o Collaboratively work with PM and CMs using the schedule as a tool to help deliver the project on schedule.
o Coordinate the project's earned value system with schedule updates o Uses knowledge of general application of principles, theories, concepts, and industry practices and standards to perform work o Experienced in Excel and Access o Knowledge of Cost Tracking/Forecasting a plusContact:
