Research and promptly resolve discrepancies and inquiries related to vendor paymentsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payableRecommend improvements in processes to enhance accuracy and efficiencyPrepare reports to monitor and manage accounts payable, such as payment status and outstanding invoicesSupport the payroll process, ensuring accurate payment of our most important assets - our people!Support the processing and auditing of expense reports monthlyContribute to the overall success of the monthly close and reporting processQUALIFICATIONSUndergraduate degree in accounting or finance preferred; not required with appropriate experience3
years AP experience; applicants with at least 24 consecutive months with one employer preferred; payroll experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in relevant accounting software and toolsAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; experience in fabrication or manufacturing industries is a plusSuccess in this role will be measured by:
