Regional Director - Apartments, Multifamily

Due to our growth, we are looking for a Regional Director to be based in the Philadelphia suburbs, ideally in our Conshohocken office.
Due to the nature of our business, we will consider candidates in the area who may not be able to come into the office frequently.

This position will involve frequent travel.
Ideally, candidates will have experience with Yardi and Real Page products, and be accustomed to operating in a very tech-forward environment.
Focuses:
This position is responsible for the business plan execution for an assigned portfolio of properties.
Support on-site teams, coach hiring, coach all skill sets.
Be point person for budget preparation.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, be a motivator, a good communicator, and a hands-on manager.
This position will serve as the main point of contact related to all property issues, team building, hiring, financial reporting, and more.
Responsible for review and approval of all property purchasing with complete adherence to the expense budget.
Attend pricing calls and contribute to revenue and pricing strategy.
Partner with marketing team for success.
Possess strong knowledge of property specific front-end technology and ensure property staff utilize systems as intended.
Conduct frequent site visits to evaluate all standards, work hand in hand with Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors to ensure timely preparation of rent ready apartments.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree preferred 3 - 5 years experience in leadership (multisite, sr.
community or property manager) Previous experience as a Regional Manager definitely a plus Experience with a variety of types of assets (new construction, reno, etc.
) Yardi, RealPage Professional designation (ARM, CAPS, CPM, etc.
) is helpful but not required Job Type:
