Hybrid 2 days a week in Conshohocken Tues, ThursdaySome meetings will be at 7am.

Should have previous experience working in other time zones.
They often do meetings with their office in Sweden.
(Team is made up of 2 people in Philly and another team in Sweden) Any ticketing system experience will work.
Minimum 3-5 years solid hands on Google Cloud Platform experience.
Google Cloud Platform Engineering Certification is a plus (AWS or AZURE certified is not the same) Possible question he threw out for the technical was How would you set up a virtual network in Google Cloud Platform cloud? Looking for someone who can solve problems but also someone who can find the root cause and stop them from happening again Interview Process:
2 Rounds; 1st with the hiring manager (Tony) and then 2nd is a Tech Screen between 2 Technical Leads (Geno and Garrum).
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE Recent Google Cloud Platform Cloud Operational Skills gained through current or previous job assignment.
Relevant work around improving business processes, products, and services within Google Cloud Platform Cloud.
Experience working with remotely located teams providing centralized/global services.
The ability to learn and apply newly gained knowledge and skills at a high velocity.
Supreme Consumer/Customer Service Skills.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Working with Incidents/Jira Service Desk (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Level).
Working on Tickets is your contribution.
Working on how to solve issues permanently will be your collaboration.
Complete assigned User Stories.
Participation in Guidance/Consultation Meetings.
