Summary:
The Employee Benefits Account Executive will lead the retention and growth of their book of business through excellent customer service, benefit education, and team leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Retain and grow existing book of business by building relationships with clients, prospective clients, and carrier partners.
Retain and grow existing book of business through excellent customer service throughout the lifecycle of the client, including at renewal and in the onboarding of new clients.
Conduct regular reporting and strategic planning sessions with clients.
Routinely educate clients on benefits legislation, regulatory requirements, compliance, and new product information.
Lead and direct two (2) client service teammates supporting the book of business in exceeding its growth and retention goals.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
6
years progressive experience in account management or sales.
Current Life & Health PA Producer License.
Proficient knowledge of insurance coverages, contracts, and state regulations where business is conducted.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
